Salary:
Up to £60K dependent on experience plus excellent bonus and benefits

Hybrid working pattern:
Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working.

The opportunity:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Assurance Manager to manage in-service product quality planning and non-conformance management.

This is a unique opportunity to network with and gain visibility of a large variety of MBDA's functions/activitiesacross all sites.

The role involves working within a customer facing environment, with a dynamic and experienced Project Team.

What we're looking for from you:

An experienced quality professional, preferably in management positions, with practical knowledge of quality management systems, techniques and processes (8D, RCA, DMAIC etc).
Practical knowledge of nonconformance management process and SAP business tool.
Minimum HNC/HND level qualification with experience within Engineering or Quality Assurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; an ability to influence change.
Experience of working within project environment and able to operate effectively as part of project team.
Ability to identify risks and critical issues and drive forward suitable mitigation solutions with the aim of reducing rework and increasing Customer satisfaction.
Ability to work internationally, respect cultural differences and adapt styles accordingly.
