Office Angels are recruiting for a temporary
Receptionist to join a highly renowned
Charity organisation that regulate Doctors in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain excellent reception and administration skills.

JOB ROLE:
Receptionist / Facilities Assistant

COMPANY:
Charity organisation, Medical based in Euston

HOURS:
Full time, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
- occasionally working until 5pm when required

SALARY:
£13.18 per hour, plus holiday pay and benefits

LOCATION:
Euston, West End, London

CULTURE:
Luxury / corporate offices, working within a busy environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
Setting up meeting rooms
Taking receipt of deliveries and parcels
Booking rooms for meetings

- answering incoming calls and transferring as requirement

General team administration
Dealing with sensitive information

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Pro active, hands on approach
Confident and resilient nature
Highly organised nature
Excellent communication skills
Experience of working in a client/customer facing role previously is desired
Good basic IT skills
A flexible, committed and friendly disposition
