Overview



Responsibilities include:


  • Developing and delivering paid media campaigns across programmatic platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Completing audience research and creating targeting strategies to reach relevant audiences
  • Managing paid media campaign budgets, monitoring performance and adjusting budget as required
  • Developing and optimising ad creative, including headlines, ad copy and imagery
  • Improving campaign performance and driving results by completing A/B testing
  • Monitoring campaign performance, producing regular reporting and analysis for clients and internal teams
  • Keeping up to date with paid media trends and technologies, providing strategic guidance to clients and internal teams
  • Working closely with internal departments, including Account Management, Creative and Development teams, developing and delivering effective marketing campaigns for clients



Requirements

  • Strong Paid Media experience, ideally gained within an Agency environment
  • Confident user of Google Ads, Facebook Ads and programmatic platforms
  • Effective communicator with strong analytical skills
  • A/B testing experience, keen to experiment with strategies and tactics to drive performance
  • Passion for Paid Media/Digital Marketing
  • Any experience of tech sector would be advantageous
