A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone to support with Client Delivery and Project Co-ordination / Project Management within a well-established company based close to Macclesfield. The role requires someone used to working within a fast paced environment with excellent organisation and communication skills. The position is a 4 months fixed term contract and can offer an immediate start for the right person along with full training The ideal person will have strong software skills across MS Office, including Excel and be quick to pick up new systems and processes, have a strong administrative background and be keen to work in a team. The company offers free parking, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata, and a salary of up to £30,000 dependent upon experience

About The Role:

Assisting with maintaining and monitoring the teams out in the field
Communicating all relevant information to all parties involved in the project
Being responsible for a specific geographical area
Dealing with any supporting administration
Being the first point of contact for any questions and queries
Building positive relationships with colleagues and teams in the field
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and within the correct timescales

Essential Skills & Experience

High attention to detail with analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to work professionally under pressure
Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office packages and Excel
Strong administration / coordination skills
Previous experience working within a fast paced environment
This role would suit someone used to dealing with client delivery or coordinating people or projects. Someone with previous project experience would be ideal, however other backgrounds can also be considered as full training can be offered
