Our client is looking for an
Interim Treasury Assistant to focus on bank account management, online user access to banking platforms and providing KYC information to banking partners.

Their offices are based in West London and require 4 days minimum in office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate bank requests for KYC information, liaising internally and with third party vendors
  • Main point of contact for maintain user access to various online banking portals which includes performing quarterly SOX controls to verify access
  • Management of end to end bank account opening and closing process, whilst managing the group recording of bank accounts into new eBAM system
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations across various financial systems platforms
  • Enter and execute Treasury payments in TMS and ensure the settlements are processed accurately
  • Support the team with periodic reporting requirements
  • Ensure audit deliverables are provided

C
andidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in bank account management, specifically with KYC and SOX controls exposure
  • Ability to manage large sets of data and organise for inputs into modelling and systems
  • Team player, ability to multi task and strong communication skills
  • Desirable user knowledge of banking platforms and treasury settlements/payments
