This exciting role is to support our clients' operation with all aspects of recruitment activity. You will lead a team to drive performance operationally and to deliver all regional recruitment requirements.RECRUITMENT BUSINESS PARTNER
FULL TIME PERMANENT
HOME BASED - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO SITES IN STAFFORDHSIRE, GLOUCESTER AND CAMBRIDGESHIRE
UP TO £43K DOE
THE ROLE
- Line management of Regional Recruiters against set KPIs and SLAs, identifying training needs and evidencing performance and forecasting accurately
- Business partnering with Regional Managers to design and deliver the most effective recruitment strategy for the region, in line with recruitment demand
- Disseminating data effectively, delivering key messages about recruitment activity and performance to a variety of audiences
- Management of all job adverts and budgets, using cost per applicant and cost per hire data
- Building and maintaining national and local attraction plans to support demand
- Optimising attraction spend
- Chairing of weekly recruitment meetings with Regional Managers to convey key messages and drive action where required
- Provide support, training, and guidance to those responsible for recruitment in branch, to include support with interview training, use of the ATS or offering advice on best practice
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven internal and/or external high volume recruitment experience with evident understanding of the full recruitment cycle
- Team management experience, with an ability to motivate and drive performance
- An understanding of market challenges and ability to design recruitment strategies
- Knowledge and experience of interpreting and using data to drive decisionmaking
- Competent user of Applicant Tracking Systems and an understanding of job advert tracking technology across a variety of sources
- Experience in employment branding and talent attraction tools / strategies, social media, and recruitment technology
- Extensive experience in managing large scale recruitment campaigns and projects either internally or with the support of an external supplier
- Access to our own vehicle and flexibility to travel
