A children's residential complex needs, therapeutic home is searching for a passionate Registered Manager to cover for a maternity leave - 1 year fixed term contract.

Registration with Ofsted is not required for this post, this is perfect for someone thatis pursuing a manager's career but is not registered with Ofsted just yet and also wants to build up that necessary experience.


Deputy managers are welcome to apply, this can be the perfect career ramp to registered manager, plus not only a salary increase but also a lot of guidance and support in place from the charity.

The charity will offer you everything to be able to thriveand enjoy this role in the same time.


The charity offers a variety of services across the UK, being one of the most important pillars in children social care.

At the end of the contract, you will have the chance to move to a different service or stay within this one.

They have several residential,fostering services across UK and Isle of Man, most of them being located in London.

Requirements:

- experience managing a residential service or senior support worker/deputy experience
- minimum Level 3 qualification in residential childcare or similar
- experience as a support worker for children with complex needs or similar
