The Company

You'll work autonomously as well as collaborating with the wider analytics team to drive portfolio health acrossall brands.


The Role
In this high-profile role, you will lead strategy development and optimisation across various, existing, customer commercial strategies from a Credit Risk perspective, using SQL and Python to drive these insights from commercial & risk analytics, effectiveperformance monitoring and financial planning through to data targeting and implementation


You will:

  • Focus on strategy and governance across the risk portfolio, working on various products to understand the WHY behind product performance.
  • Formulate and drive strategy that across commercial programmes that impact the portfolios growth, partnering with other analytics teams to deliver positive customer and commercial outcomes using SQL and Python (or SAS)
  • Identify segments of untapped value, acting on these as well as understanding emerging risks and consumer identity trends and mitigating these.
  • Support various risk analytics teams through the use of SQL and Python to drive the business forward and innovate where possible.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent commercial experience with SQL and Python/SAS
  • Strong & proven quantitative analytical skills within analytics functions of Financial Services (Commercial/Credit Risk/Marketing departments)
  • Ability to present findings & analysis in a structured and well thoughtthrough way, particularly when addressing a nonexpert audience
