Mental Health Worker - Nottingham, United Kingdom - Emmanuel House Support Centre
Description
To provide mental health support to people who are living in temporary accommodation, sleeping rough or accessing day centre services in Rushcliffe, Gedling and Broxtowe.
The post holder will be based with Emmanuel House in Nottingham City Centre and will provide an outreach service in South Notts.
Principle duties and responsibilities include:
delivering person-centred and high quality 1:1 support
pro-actively building relationships with homeless people experiencing a range of mental health issues.
supporting people to access the services they require including health, social care and housing services.
assessing individual need and risk
co-ordinating packages of appropriate support and managing own caseload.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 18.5 per week
Salary:
£11,315.84 per year
