BizClik Media is looking for an extra
Credit Controller to grow our current team operating the credit control function of our Finance Department, assisting with administrative duties associated with the role.


We are looking for someone to join a small team who is adaptable, confident, and numerate in our Norwich office where we employ a growing, friendly team of around 70 employees.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and administrative experience wanting to expand their skill set.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Producing invoices in various currencies.
  • Monitoring outstanding balances and chasing overdue accounts.
  • Understanding and use of statistical data.
  • Exceeding minimum targets for debtor chasing calls and revenue figures.
  • Undertaking necessary measures to collect outstanding international balances.
  • Processing payments in a timely and confident manner.
  • Liaising with the sales team in order to maintain operation of debtor tracking system.
  • Reviewing and monitoring sales details forwarded for invoicing.
  • Producing reports on outstanding balances and debtors, advising management when appropriate.
  • Ensuring consistent and seamless communication between internal departments on problem accounts and queries.
  • Liaising with Financial Controller.
  • Administrative duties associated with the role.
  • Supporting the wider finance team when required.

  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced target driven environment.
  • High standard of education
  • English and Maths.
  • Good telephone manners and listening skills.
  • Interpersonal skills with regards to maintaining and continuing strong relationships with customers.

Salary:

25-30k depending on experience.

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
