£24,054 - £26,845 per year (pro-rata). We require a suitably qualified/experienced and dynamic person to provide support to individuals who suffer with mental health issues and individuals with a learning disability on a range of project-based activities within the community and service base. This post is 22.2 hours per week.

You will be responsible for one of the main projects enabling employability skills, rehabilitation, independence, and personal progressive outcomes.

The Service offers an innovative and collaborative approach to meeting the needs of our client group.

You will be responsible for managing the Neighbourhood Environmental Action Team (NEAT) and provide support and training to individual clients/service users based with you.

You will also be responsible for completing progress reports, liaising with professionals and partner agencies.

We are looking for someone who is suitably qualified and has experienced working with people with a learning disability and or mental health issues, a QCF / NVQ in the care sector would be desirable.
