Responsibilities:
- Working within commercial insurance
- Dealing with existing and new customers
- Amendments of existing policies

- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable, but not essential).
- Customer Service Experience within a commercial or retail role.
- Sales Experience preferable.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- A flexible, peopleorientated approach to everything you do.
- Organised, and a good ability to prioritise and timemanage effectively.
- Strong I.T. literacy (MS Word/Excel).
- Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Able to work 9am5pm, Monday-Friday.
