Responsibilities:


  • Working within commercial insurance
  • Dealing with existing and new customers
  • Amendments of existing policies

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable, but not essential).
  • Customer Service Experience within a commercial or retail role.
  • Sales Experience preferable.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • A flexible, peopleorientated approach to everything you do.
  • Organised, and a good ability to prioritise and timemanage effectively.
  • Strong I.T. literacy (MS Word/Excel).
  • Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Able to work 9am5pm, Monday-Friday.
