We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.


Duties:


  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,225.52 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
