Support Worker

£11.80 p/h

Flexible work available, nights and days working around your availability We are looking for experienced care and support workers.

We are currently recruiting for support workers based in or around Oxford to work within various services supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.

This role will be based in residential properties working within a team of experienced staff members to provide the best care for the residents.

We will work around your availability regarding shifts and hours, usual shift times for this client would be morning shifts, evening shifts, long days, weekends, waking night shifts and sleep in shifts as well as bank holidays.

If you are looking for specific hours please do get in touch as we will have a number of other opportunities available as well.

This role will involve providing companionship to the clients you are supporting, helping them with meals and medication, providing personal care and encouraging them to develop their independence and communications skills.

A full induction will be carried out on your first shift with this client and training can be provided.
