Position = Sales Executive

Annual Salary Pro Rata = £24,300 OTE £35,000 uncapped commission. 45 hours a week, 9-6

Location = WFH and Office. (Either Bristol or London Office) so must be able to access one of these.

Package = The package offered is made up of a basic salary plus a result related commission scheme.


History = The company has experienced financial growth year on year, from the continued success of our existing team and our strategic positioning within the marketplace.

We provide crewing solutions to the events industry in the UK and globally.


Role = Your role will require an ability to work in an organised way with a high degree of independence, to consistently achieve and exceed challenging sales targets.

The successful applicant will also maintain an understanding of new business development and strategic sales, with communication skills to enable meaningful high-level sales conversations with the focus of building strong business relationships.


The Specific Role:

  • Reporting to the Commercial Director
  • You will be responsible for sourcing your own leads daily, but you have some initial data to start with.
  • You will be accountable to shape, drive and win new business and customers.
  • Achieving order intake targets and sales growth target
  • Identifying opportunities by strategically targeting businesses via Cold Calling & Networking.
  • Responsible for selling the features and benefits of our service, overcoming objections & rate negotiations.
  • Attending occasional networking events
  • Working to set KPI's, Deliverables and sales revenue targets.
  • Attending weekly internal sales meetings and constructively contributing (via Zoom or in Person)

Experience Required:

  • 2 Years Minimum experience in sales role
  • You must have experience in BusinesstoBusiness Telesales/sales.
  • Excellent communication & time management skills
  • You must be ambitious and money motivated.
  • Full Driving License and own car is not essential but would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in pursing and winning new business.
  • English must be spoken to a very high standard. Additional languages beneficial
  • French, German, Spanish, Arabic, but not essential.
