Nights / Security Staff

Stoke by Nayland Resort is looking for experienced Night Porters to join their team on a full time/part time basis.

This is a hands-on role that would will suit a motivated individual who has a positive outlook and natural interest in learning new skills and being organised.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced nights, security or food & beverage employee, who is looking to develop their career in a 4 star resort.

Responsibilities:

Hosting and managing night reception
Hosting and managing late bar
Building, staff, guest security and health & safety
Overnight conference & banqueting break down and set up
Developing and maintaining standards
Evening and morning handover of tasks and checklists
Billing and invoicing controls to accounts department
Banqueting Bars close down and cash up, when necessary
Nights Floor Manager, when required.

Qualifications or desired skills

Good IT and admin skills
Security or Health & Safety trained
First aid qualified to 3 day or equivalent
Personal liquor licence preferred
Golf club / resort experienced preferred but not essential
Experience working with a POS & FOH system
Have excellent organisational skills
Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
