What you will be doing as our Payroll Administrator
Support the Payroll Lead in preparing, inputting and validating payroll data including starters, leavers, hours worked, overtime and statutory deductions
Maintain accurate payroll records within Staffology
Carry out initial payroll checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Act as a first point of contact for routine payroll queries
Ensure payroll processes remain compliant with HMRC and statutory requirements
This role is designed to support the Payroll Lead and offers genuine development opportunities within payroll and the wider HR function.
