As an Accounts Semi Senior, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the accounts team, contributing to the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and providing general accounting assistance to a varied portfolio of clients.

This position demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns for a diverse client base.
  • Support senior accountants in managing client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Conduct bookkeeping and payroll tasks as required.
  • Participate in audit assignments, providing valuable support to the audit team.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance your accounting knowledge and skills.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.

Requirements:


  • Partqualified ACCA/ACA or AAT qualified.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and UK GAAP.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
