Customer Care Coordinator FTC 5 Months

Hinckley - Leicestershire


An opportunity has arisen to join the Sales department as a Customer Care Coordinator for Fixed Term Contract of 5 Months, providing Aftersales Customer Service support.


Job Summary:


As part of the team, you will work with our multi-brand Distribution partners (UK and Ireland Dealer network) and internal functions to deliver high quality and responsive Aftersales Customer Service support.


Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Liaise with internal functions to support Customer Service related queries within targeted response times
  • Work with internal departments to resolve issues affecting dealer after sales performance
  • Follow up customer backorders in line with order category resolution objectives
  • Prioritize actions in liaison with Logistics to improve delivery promises and inform dealers accordingly
  • Pro active use and follow up of the VOR backorder escalation process
  • Pro active feedback to Dealers to communicate actions undertaken to resolve customer issues
  • Resolution of all order line exceptions documented on Oasis Order Acknowledgments
  • Handle/answer pricing queries
  • Liaise with Shipping Dept to resolve customer freight issues / identify opportunities for service enhancements
  • Participate in seminars and company events when required
  • Proven experience in a CS Coordinator role is required to successfully hold the CS Coordinator position.
  • Strong communication skills and the building of effective relationships
  • Familiar with Excel pivot tables and formula creation
  • Basic VLookup searches
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Understanding of agriculture/logistics/supply chain beneficial
