_We landed in the UK in November 2021 and since then we've been busy shaking up the chicken game, Louisiana style. We've opened 30 restaurants and 8 delivery kitchens to date, and we've got ambitious growth plans as we expand around the UK. And that's not all we do. We're investing in our team's talent plans and internal development platforms to really grow our people. We go big in everything we do, and we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to be a part of our big plans for 2024 and beyond_
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding recruitment team. Our success lies amongst the strengths, skills, and experience of the dedicated people we employ. This role supports our current trading stores and will lead on the New Store Openings within their region.

Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet Popeyes rapid UK growth plans.

Nationwide travel is to be expected in this position, including overnight stays to fully support the recruitment activity of our up-and-coming stores.

This is a hybrid role, based in Chicken HQ a minimum of 2 days a week in Ealing, London.


The role:


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle and Right to Work processes
  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes and assist in the interview process
  • Build talent pipelines
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand the requirements, to attract and hire talented Restaurant Managers
  • Partner with staff at all levels across the business building effective relationships
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Travel to New store locations across the UK for recruitment days

What we're looking for:


Recruitment experience is essential for this position, to be considered you must be in a current Talent Acquisition role.

  • Significant, demonstratable experience working in a highvolume recruitment environment is essential, Hospitality is preferable (minimum 2 years)
  • A high level of passion & awareness for the hospitality industry including Talent Acquisition processes
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work well under pressure, using own initiatives to achieve deadlines
  • Relentless drive and passion to find the best talent
