Do you want to work for the UK's leading Ice cream specialists based in Ashford and help them become even better at what they do?

We are a wholesale ice cream and frozen food supplier covering the Southeast.

As
Stores Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the team to ensure all processes are followed, providing support to ensure that the team delivers and monitoring any issues under the guidance and supervision of the Stores Supervisor and Stores Manager.

You will help develop the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely.

The hourly rate of pay is £11.00 per hour plus £100 per month (with 1 hour unpaid breaks each day)

We are open from 7am - till the work is done which during our busy period could be up to 10pm.

For this role, you need to be flexible, you will be working shifts of 9 hours a day between these hours, more often it will be the late shift.
The Stores Team Leader needs to be flexible and be able to adapt their hours to the business needs.
