About the Role

At Trinsic, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of our demanding and diverse range of enterprise customers.

You will work closely with our Customer Experience and Sales Teams, as well as world-class networks and leading technology vendors to provide robust and secure services to our customers.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Maintaining Accuracy and Efficiency: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system.

Managing Customer Orders: Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with Trinsic's sales team, supply partners, and customers to coordinate product supply, delivery, and support.

Reporting and Follow-Through: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for customer meetings and diligently follow up on action points.

Customer Retention:Monitor contract renewal deadlines and proactively reach out to customers to ensure successful renewals.

  • A collaborative team player, able to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
  • Equipped with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Experience in the telecoms sector would be an advantage, but full training and development opportunities will be provided.

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
