This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a small, growing education company located in Epsom providing exceptional academic support to students of all ages and abilities.

As a tutor, you will be expected to provide tailored interactive sessions that encourage enjoyment of learning whilst also following national curriculum guidelines to ensure students achieve their personal goals and objectives.

You will work as part of an education team delivering both 1:1 and small group sessions to various students.

Through our recruitment process, we aim to select our tutors based on the students individual requirements by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of your own academic and personal backgrounds.

Desired skills:

• Educate: Possess a strong background in education and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
• Experience with children: Previous experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting is preferred.
• Communicate: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Special education: Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations to support students with diverse learning needs is a plus.
• Tutoring: Experience in tutoring or providing academic support services is highly desirable.
