What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Support the Recruitment Manager with the full recruitment cycle, coordinating all associated recruitment administration
  • Work with recruitment agencies to ensure diverse shortlists are submitted for all vacancies
  • Support with running interviews for some business services roles and administrate assessments
  • Create employment contracts and manage the external background screening process
  • Partner with key departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Diarise regular check in calls for new joiners
  • Work with the wider HR team to deliver on ad hoc projects

What is the company looking for?

  • Experience working in a recruitment team, or a similar role
  • Legal industry experience highly desirable
  • Evidence working to tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of and experience working with people data and databases
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
