Overview

The team helps their clients understand the tax implications of lease transactions and will see you combining your understanding of tax, accounting and practical aspects of leases.

Clients
Clients include some of the largest leasing companies in the UK but also cover sectors including Real Estate, Automotive, Medical, Health, Transportation & Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Support M&A transactions, funding large projects, establishing leasing companies, general advisory, and impact of new accounting standards such as IFRS16, tax reporting and compliance.
BE actively involved in supporting, helping and managing the team growth and development
Building out strong internal and external relationships
