Dilly & Dolly's is Belfast's newest Coffee shop.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Baristas to join our team.

In this fun, but busy, customer-facing role, you'll be at the heart of our brand, creating a friendly and welcoming environment for our customers.

Day to day, you'll be making the perfect coffee, creating delicious treats ,greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, showing good knowledge of our menu, and making recommendations when required.

This position would suit a friendly and well-presented person with a genuine passion for coffee and customer service.


Requirements:

• Barista experience essential
• Strong customer service skills
• Cash handling and till operation
• Must be presentable and professional with a great attitude
• Fun, friendly and energetic
• Have flexibility with your working hours
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoy making someone's day
• Good English language skills

Hours of Work:
Part-time positions are available working between hours per week.


Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£10.43 per hour


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
