- Friday 8.00 am pm, The sales Operations Administrator position is a fulltime (Hybrid) position for a Marine/Ship services company with operational office in Liverpool. As an Operations Administrator, you will work in a supportive and welcoming environment, with the ability to progress and develop.
- Responsibilities: As an Operations Administrator, you will be required to carry out the following:
- Create/amend works flow and orders within the Inhouse digital platform.
- Raise PO/batches and release works orders for picking within the warehouse system
- System completion and closure of works orders
- Carry out stock adjustments.
- Receipt intermediate sub-assemblies into stock
- Investigate stock discrepancies and perform stock checks
- Creating and updating Purchase Orders
Impact/Contribution to the business:
To successfully manage:
- 42,000 transactions (in 100 +ships)
- 150 OEM subscriptions
- 15 distributions right
- 5 Adverts

£18,022.66-£27,091.43 per year
