Philip James are looking for a full time Property Marketing Specialist to join our market-leading, and award winning estate agency team in Didsbury.
The ideal Property Marketing Specialist will:
- Be articulate, well presented and have a strong vocabulary
- Have a photography qualification or be experienced in taking photos of properties prior to listing them online
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Be able to work in a fast paced, professional environment
- Have a full UK driving licence
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Putting together floor plans
- You must have experience with measuring up properties
- Coordinating EPCs
- Taking photos of properties
- Getting the contracts signed and taking ID's
- Producing property details to put on portals
- Posting property listings on social media
Working hours:
As a Property Marketing Specialist you'll be required to work Monday to Friday, and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Salary:
The salary is fully dependent on experience, but it will be a minimum of £25,000 per annum PLUS generous bonuses and commissions.
