This is an Evening Vacancy
Start time 13:30 Finish time 22:30 Monday to Friday

One in 4 Saturday mornings 06:30 to 09:00


Role summary:
To supervise the day to day operations on site including people management, warehousing, traffic and admin operations. Previous experience in a scheduling position would be desirable. To deputise for other when required. Supervise all aspects of the service centre ensuring the efficient use of time and people. To ensure that all site operations are completed escalating issues where necessary.

Key responsibilities

  • Organising Staff
  • Experience in Microsoft and computer systems.
  • Plan and coordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to achieve your team objectives.
  • To be involved with the allocation of collections to drivers.
  • Ensure efficient planning of resource to ensure the operation is undertaken in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
  • To ensure all vehicles are loaded and unloaded safely and correctly and within specified time limits
  • All round team player flexible with start and finish times
  • One Saturday morning in
  • Dealing with people and process issues

Salary:
£27,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
