Our client are a well established business based in Burnley, they are currently going through a period of growth and are looking to expand their Sales team.
Description
Duties of the Telesales Executive will be:
- Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a full understanding of the market & product knowledge
- Working to targets
- Maintain and develop new customers through appropriate sales methods
- Deliver a high quality of service
Profile
- Previous experience within sales or customer service preferred but not essential.
- A good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and an excellent communicator.
- Willingness to learn about call techniques & products and services.
- Inquisitive nature, eager to learn more about our customers and their businesses

Salary £20,000 plus bonus
£24,000 - 1st year OTE
Hours - Monday - Thursday 08.45am - 5pm, Friday 08.45am - 2.45pm.
Excellent bonus structure
Early Friday finish
