Talent Acquisition Lead
The Role
You will have the freedom to create and design innovative approaches to individual campaigns and contribute to wider talent attraction.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Lead to not only deliver good people, but also to directly influence strategic and innovative resourcing solutions to attract top talent.
Specific Role ResponsibilitiesProfessional and Support Hires
- Partnering with the hiring managers to determine the resource requirements, looking at internal talent opportunities and recruitment plan for each vacancy;
- Managing the endtoend recruitment process for all vacancies across the firm;
- Management and maintenance of effective relationships with key recruitment agencies to ensure the firms requirements are understood, represented and delivered upon;
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the firm to a sufficiently high level in order to become an ambassador for the employer brand and an expert when representing the firm;
- Implementation and utilisation of the Applicant Tracking Scheme on HR Software (People);
- Ensuring compliance in all areas of recruitment process;
- Production of Management Information (MI);
- Manage all 3 and 6 month probationary periods and attend review meetings as required;
- Providing training, tools and reference documents to enable hiring managers to recruit efficiently & effectively;
- Ad hoc project work.
- Lead on SRLV's Early Careers programme for Graduates and Interns;
- Organising and facilitating assessment days, to assess and select the best trainee talent for the firm;
- Managing offers, acting as a key point of contact and maintaining regular communication with new joiners; and
- Management of employee related programmes such as work experience and summer internships.

Your Experience- Preferably educated to degree level, or equivalent
- GCSE grade B or above in Maths
- General knowledge of the music industry beneficial
- Excellent IT skills, particularly competent in MS Excel/MS Outlook
