Recruitment of ex-offenders policy

  • Brodetsky Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated, caring and committed Teaching Assistant with a keen interest in physical education, to join our dedicated and hardworking Key Stage 2 Team. They will work under the direct instruction of senior staff, usually in the classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
  • Be committed to the provision of high quality support for learning within whole class teaching and through small group 11 intervention.
  • Have high expectations of themselves and the children.
  • Be a confident and successful team player.
  • Be able to form excellent relationships with children, staff and families.
  • Have a sense of fun, enthusiasm, initiative and drive.
