Description

Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, the main objective of the Credit Controller role is to reduce arrears in line with target, working with our commercial customers to improve company cash flow while at the same time ensuring all market Codes of Practice, Data Protection and in-house department procedures are followed.

The role will involve incoming and outbound telephone calls, investigative work to locate debtors, working with third party agencies and reporting information when required to the Regulatory Department.

What you'll need

At least 6 months experience working in a Credit Control or customer facing position.
Experience of effective negotiation with customers in difficult situations.
A suitable, dedicated place to work at home (private and you won't get interrupted), with natural light, desk, chair, and an excellent broadband connection.
Computer savvy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
