1st Line Support Analyst

Castle Donington - Hybrid

Up to £25,000
1st Line IT Support staff required to join the UK's Fastest growing connectivity and solutions integrator. Growing over 30% year on year this company have multiple awards and are looking to continue their growth.


Some of what you will be doing:

  • First line of contact for supporting customer needs
  • Analysing trends for incidents to improve first time fix
  • Providing exemplary customer service.

A bit about you:


  • At least 1 years' experience in an IT Support Role
  • Experience in troubleshooting all kinds of devices
  • Basic experience supporting networks not essential but a positive
  • A passion for delivering premium service
  • Excellent communication.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
