ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head of MICE Sales is responsible for sourcing, developing and the account managing of the Group and MICE business from designated market sectors and geographic territories (including but not limited to UK Conference agents, Venue finders, UK DMC's, UK/US incentive houses. Also, Market sectors that may include but not be limited to Automotive, Sports, Communications).

The Head of MICE must maximise yield in alignment with the sales department's strategic goals and Corinthia Hotel London objectives working closely with the Events Team and also Corinthia GSO Team in the UK and US.


ABOUT YOU

  • At least 5 years' experience working in these market segments
  • An understanding of Groups and MICE business into London from UK and US Markets
  • Exceptional IT skills, with a preference for knowledge of Opera Sales
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Able to build strong relationships and loyalty with both clients and colleagues
