Ryder Reid Legal is working exclusively with a US law firm to recruit 2 new permanent Paralegals within the firms London Asset Management team.

The team is currently made up of a number of Associates and Partners and 2 Paralegals (one of whom will be leaving soon to start a training contract with the firm).

The day-to-day paralegal duties include providing advice on transfer documents in relationto secondary instructions and KYC's. There is lots of scope (depending on experience) to be involved in fund reviews and assisting with fund raisings. When quiet, the Paralegal will be able to volunteer for other teams - there is definitely scoped to assiston other matters as the firm is very collegiate, so Paralegals can go where the work is
