We are a specialist glazing company working at the cutting edge of high-end window system installation and we're looking for the right person to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in carpentry, window and door installation, or a similar trade, who is eager to learn the craft of fitting premium aluminium and timber window systems. You'll gain expertise in the glazing process, working with advanced lifting equipment to deliver exceptional results on every project.
Our work also involves the handling and installation of large and often extremely valuable glass units. To do this safely and precisely, we use vacuum suction lifting systems and are proud to be the only company in the Cardiff area operating a spider crane for glass installation solutions.
We don't do basic UPVC double-glazing—we do precision glass installation on bespoke, high-end projects. Every detail matters, and we strive for perfection in everything we do.
What You'll Be Doing
- Learning how to glaze large and complex glass units on-site using vacuum suction lifters and a spider crane
- Assisting with the installation of architectural-grade aluminium and timber window and door systems
- Supporting experienced glazing professionals and learning safe handling practices for specialist glass
- Working on high-spec residential projects with unique challenges
- Taking pride in clean, accurate, and detailed workmanship
What We're Looking For
- A motivated, practical, and physically capable person who's ready to learn and has experience in the building industry as a carpenter or window fitter
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing excellent results
- A serious interest in working with premium materials and cutting-edge equipment
- A good attitude and a commitment to learning and growing in the role
- A UK driving licence is required
