**Business Development Consultant
Bath
Full-time permanent
£24,000 - £30,500 depending on experience**Due to growth in our client's provision, we are recruiting for a Business Development Consultant to join their busy team. We are looking for motivated and organised team players, passionate about developing and supporting opportunities for all learners.


Main Duties:


  • New business development; generating new leads through field sales, networking and cold calling
  • Engage with existing businesses/employers to identify and promote further training and consultancy via the College
  • Attend placements to monitor student progress
  • Assist students in finding placements
  • Maintain data on the CRM system
  • Identify and convert levy opportunities from existing and new employers
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
  • Account management of existing customers

Skills and Experience:


  • Experience or knowledge of apprenticeships / apprenticeship levy
  • Knowledge of AEB funding (Adult Education Budget Funding)
  • Sales experience generating new leads
  • Educated to A level or equivalent

This role is working in Bath however some travel to their sister site in Radstock will be required.

Hours of work are 37 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
