Resourcer to support our our team.- This is a varied role with the main focus of sourcing and engaging with the best talent in our core disciplines such as Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying as well as our other services which can include Advisory (Asset management, Procurement, PMO, Sustainability, Tax and Disputes).- Some key responsibilities you will have are

  • Utilise available sourcing methods to identify and attract high quality talent
  • Building good knowledge of the constructor industry and developing a strong network/presence
  • Running social media campaigns to attract talent and maintaining regular contact
  • Ensure company compliance and hiring guidelines are followed by checking compliance documents before hiring.
  • Ensuring the Applicant Tracking System is used effectively, is kept up to date and the applicant flow is smooth and efficient.
  • Creating and managing talent pools on the Applicant Tracking System to ensure we have a clear pipeline of talent, feeding this into the Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • As our team continues to grow, adapt and undertake more responsibility both in the UK and internationally, this role will grow and adapt with it to match the companies ambition. This will give you variety, opportunity to take on new challenges and really broaden your experience within Talent Acquisition.

About You:


  • Previous experience within resourcing/recruitment in the construction industry
  • Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to engage talent and work up quick and engaging conversations
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A quick thinker that is creative and has a can do attitude
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload
  • Enjoys a fastpaced, creative environment
