Description

There are currently 4 properties and the majority of tasks based at our Business Centre, with occasional cleaning and maintenance duties required at our residential properties located within just 2 miles.

• Ensuring facilities and communal areas are clean, including daily general office cleaning and adhoc cleaning of residential properties
• Daily cleaning of restrooms and restocking as necessary
• Vacuuming, sweeping & mopping floors
• Emptying & loading dishwashers
• Emptying bins

• Ensuring facilities and communal areas are well maintained across all properties
• Painting and decorating as required
• Basic gardening (grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of property refurbishments including bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, etc.
• Repairing fixtures within the properties as and when required
• Notify managers of any damages or necessary repairs to be carried out
