The Programme and Change Acceleration team is at the heart of the transformational services
Capgemini Invent deliver for our clients. We act as excellence center within Capgemini Invent providing innovative and sector leading programme and change management services, focusing on managing the transformation. This includes unique and pioneering offerings such as our People Science Offering, an agile, human-centered method, that accelerates engagement into the transformation and makes the outcomes measurable. Our team come from a variety of backgrounds with a wealth of experience, but we all have one thing in common - a passion to help clients deliver transformational change in an ever-evolving environment.

**Our work is delivered across a variety of sectors, from Government to Retail, Energy to Financial Services. As a Programme and Change Acceleration Consultant you will bring experience of delivering sustainable change from a range of clients and industries as well as an agile mindset with an understanding of the relevant tools and techniques. You'll also have an acute sense of market trends and hot topics about the challenges facing our clients in delivering lasting and sustainable change and leverage your insight to advise our clients.

**As a Senior Consultant, you will: -
Lead and manage a project/ programme work stream and its deliverables independently

Leverage a change management methodology, processes, and tools to create a business change

strategy to enable adoption.

Develop tailored communications and training strategies to address personas' particularities, while utilising industry best practice

Identify, define, and track Change KPIs considering multiple variables and scenarios to better understand benefits' realisation journey and needed resources

Educate and coach employees at all levels enabling knowledge transfer to the organisation to sustain BAU

Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics in a timely manner
