Good To Know:

The role includes one day a week at Domino's HQ in Milton Keynes.

The rest of the week is WFH with monthly team meet-ups in London***We're after the latest and greatest in-house Artworker at Domino's.

It's basically Willy Wonka's chocolate factory of get psyched.


We want our pizza to look as perfect as practically possible, so you'll be flexing your skills across print, digital, social, and CRM assets (in between rigorous product testing of course).

But, just like our fab flavour, we want to make sure all opportunities for creativity are pushed to the MAX, keeping things as fresh and vibrant as a Pepperoni whatever you're into.


You'll work primarily with our Senior Artworker (who'll teach you tricks of the trade you never knew you needed), as well as the in-house studio (don't worry, we're lovely), as well as with internal departments including CRM, Social, Digital, and Franchise (they're lovely too), plus our external ATL agency and go-to printers.


Responsibilities:


  • Make sure master artwork templates are good to go for multiple different specs and formats. Your mates will probably be seeing these they better look good.
  • Stay across all print and web standards and specs, correcting and formatting before they're sent to the printers or provided to internal teams for upload. Got to be pedantic to be an Artworker, right?
  • Make assets you're proud to put your name to wherever briefs even where they don't.
  • Work closely with Senior Creatives and the wider marketing team to ensure everything's on brand and looking bangin'.
  • Work with the lead creative agency to make sure all creative requirements are ready and raring for the artwork.
  • Keeping files well organised, championing good file structure. If you know, you know (and you should know).

Accountability:


  • Be a brand guardian of all Domino's assets. Don't be letting anyone mess with our stuff.
  • Deliver a consistently high quality of work within agreed timeframes and budgets (can't all be fun and games, just mostly).
  • Stay across all artwork briefs coming into the studio and artwork leaving it too. There's lots of pizza plates to keep spinning.
  • Big up our inhouse artwork capabilities across more of the Domino's business. Show off your team's skills
  • Work with external agencies and internal teams to get assets looking good and in the right place

Experience:


  • Expert in Adobe CC. With knowledge in setting up for digital deliverables too.
  • Interested in learning and developing skills across digital and print because there's always room for improvement.
  • Strong creative skills, including a portfolio of outstanding work.
  • Comfortable creating campaign assets and digital content. You know, creative stuff.
  • Super organised and able to coordinate with multiple teams. Got to be a little bit pedantic.
  • Willing to take full ownership of your work, down to the smallest detail. Really hammering home this pedantic thing.
  • Cando attitude with the ability to take on feedback and constructive criticism because it's not all bad
  • Show passion for your work, Domino's brand vision and 's pizza after all. Who doesn't love pizza
