Client Support Advisor
Yolk Recruitment is collaborating closely with a thriving and innovative software company located in Cardiff. We are on the lookout for a personable Customer Service Advisor to become a valuable addition to their team.

With the company's ongoing growth, we're actively seeking enthusiastic customer service advisors who are excited about joining their dynamic and supportive groups.

What you'll be doing
You will work within a team of Customer Service Advisors where you will be the first point of contact for any clients that may have a question or query about their software and try to resolve their queries as best as possible


You will also:

  • Form and build excellent relationships with customers by providing a friendly service to all.
  • Keep clients updated on any changes to their software and offer advice when requested.
  • Determine how best to support the clients request by referring to internal teams for the best resolution for the customer.

The experience you'll bring to the team
As a bright Customer Service Advisor, you will have previous customer service or administration experience, as well as:

  • Have a passion for providing excellent customer service to all
  • Exemplary IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in multitasking and being organised in your workload.
  • The ability to work as part of a team but also be selfmotivated to work independantly.

And this is what you'll get in return
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will receive a salary £24,000 + opportunity for annual bonus up to 12.

5%, alongside:

  • 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing to 25 Days after 1 year)
