Description

Due to expansion and rapid growth we are looking for a experienced recruiter to eventually join our Leeds office which is currently being built

The role will be remote from home until the office is built and then flexible working days can be discussed.

We are looking for someone to:

Become a specialist in a certain industry
Build a strategy with management to target new clients
Develop sales skills as well as recruitment knowledge help from management will be provided
And many more

We offer what we would like to think as the kindest commission structure with the flexibility of working from home or in the office.

We also hold weekly meetings to check on progress either via video call or in person over lunch (company paid)

Gym membership provided.

As the office is new the progression on offer is definitely more attractive than average if you get the foot in the door now

Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,999.00 per year
