Pertemps are currently looking for a Machine operator to join an established manufacturing company that creates motors for a range of different industries.


Overview for the machine operator role:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and sketches.
  • Use machinery to cut, machine, and shape raw materials
  • Build fixtures and various holding devices as needed
  • Manufacture jigs for the workshop.
  • Set up, load, and operate various machine tools including but not limited to cutoff saws, lathes, mills, grinders, and other machinery as needed.
  • Use of various hand tools as necessary to achieve finish requirements
  • Assemble machined or fabricated components as required.

Requirments:

  • Previous Machine operating experience
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Available immediately

  • Monday to Friday 16:0000:00
- £12.50 per hour starting rate
