A Monday-Friday working pattern is just one of the attractions of a PWP Co Ordinator role with Talking Therapies.

This role is a full time role 37.5 hours but we will consider applicants who can offer 30 hours per week.

We are looking for a qualified B7 PWP long term conditions Co Ordinator to join our friendly team at locations across Berkshire - (Newbury, Reading, Wokingham, WAM (Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead), Bracknell and Slough)


We are an IAPT (improving access to psychological therapies) service that leads on innovation, boasting a new preceptorship programme for our staff, allowing them to have a clear progression plan and develop in their career with us.

A clear example of this is our recent recruitment day where our Senior Support Workers were successful at gaining roles as Trainees Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.


As an LTC Co Ordinator you will be expected to work closely with the clinical service managers, S2 Co Ordinators and S2 team leads to ensure a seamless service for all clients who access Talking Therapies.

The role will focus on supporting the S2 team to develop knowledge, understanding of LTCs. The along with developing new pathways, supervision structures and community links.
