Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research associate funded by bp ICAM Project to work in the Department of Chemistry, University of Manchester under the supervision of Professor Martin Schröder and Professor Sihai Yang.


The project will involve the synthesis, studies and analysis of porous metal organic framework materials with the aim of developing new catalytic conversion of CO2.

There will be scope within the project to investigate the catalytic mechanism in collaboration with Diamond Light Source and ISIS neutron facility.

The post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of one year.
