Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinating office activities to support the senior team
- Supporting project management by maintaining organised records and liaising with clients and management teams
- Creating travel itineraries for business executives, team members, and company events
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events
- Updating company records and databases
- Editing and proofreading promotional copy and communications
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills and Experience
- Required_
- Minimum 6 months experience in an office environment
- Great organisation and coordination skills
- Close attention to detail
- A positive and professional attitude
- Reliable and adaptable
- Clientfacing experience
- Confidence in organising transport/travel/bookings for the senior team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, cando mindset, ready to learn quickly and take on responsibility
- Alevel qualification
- Preferred_
- Competency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Previous administrative or assistance experience
Schedule
- Open and flexible to attend events out of office hours
- Open to travelling to our Reading office
Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
