White Trees Group provides therapeutic Residential Childcare and Educational services.

We cater for young people aged 11-18 years with complex, emotional and behavioural difficulties within a caring and homely environment.

We are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and friendly recruitment team. This appointment is due to both company expansion and internal promotions, demonstrating the career path within White Trees Group.

Skill Required;

Excellent communication skills
Has the ability to think "outside the box" and be creative
Organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Knowledge and experience of using Job Sites
Ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail
Be extremely competent on excel, recording and extracting MI
Remain calm in a very busy, pressurised environment
Proactive
Resourcing experience in a recruitment environment is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities;

Posting and refreshing Job Adverts
Screening advert responses
Rota Management
