A company based in Bicester, are looking for an Office Administrator to support their team in a varied role. Completing general administration while supporting with dispatch, invoicing, credit notes and maintaining up to date spreadsheets.The hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.
Duties of the role:
- Mark and organise stock received preparing for customer distribution.
- Manage incoming returns.
- Track dispatched parcels.
- Update spreadsheets with relevant information pertaining to orders.
- Invoice and credit note creation and sending.
- Filing.
Personal Attributes:
- Show great attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages.
- Work well independently.
- Have experience working in an office/administration environment.
Offering £25,000 per annum and 21 days holiday plus bank holidays this is a great opportunity.
