Description
A company based in Bicester, are looking for an Office Administrator to support their team in a varied role. Completing general administration while supporting with dispatch, invoicing, credit notes and maintaining up to date spreadsheets.

The hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday.


Duties of the role:

  • Mark and organise stock received preparing for customer distribution.
  • Manage incoming returns.
  • Track dispatched parcels.
  • Update spreadsheets with relevant information pertaining to orders.
  • Invoice and credit note creation and sending.
  • Filing.

Personal Attributes:

  • Show great attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages.
  • Work well independently.
  • Have experience working in an office/administration environment.
Experience within accounts would be beneficial but is not required as full training will be provided.

Offering £25,000 per annum and 21 days holiday plus bank holidays this is a great opportunity.
